On the occasion of World Climate Change Day

Climate change is a real danger for present and the future of the earth and is one of those problems that didn’t rise all at once and cannot be solved as such. This problem can only be attended to with more awareness and responsibility as to how should we regard our environment and planet.

At the end of the semester of environmental training course at Iranian Home of Darvazeh Ghar, the teenagers reviewed what they had learned and discussed strategies to preserve the planet and reduce the dangers arising from climate change. They also, learned the basic concepts and definitions of environment, with their teacher and peers assisting them. The hope is that such informative sessions lead to a deeper understanding and appreciation of our home planet and Mother Nature.
